Statistiken zeigen, dass der Bedarf nach qualifizierten Krankenschwestern in den nächsten Jahren kritisch ansteigen wird. Die Krankenpflege wird eines der größten Angebote für Beschäftigung sein. Andererseits zeigen die Studien auch die Probleme, mit denen sich das Krankenpersonal derzeit konfrontiert sieht. Die meisten im Gesundheitswesen tätigen Personen in den Entwicklungsländern geben die Schuld an ihrem Unwohlsein nicht dem Mangel an der neusten Technologie, unzureichender Ausbildung oder einem schwachen Arbeitsumfeld, sondern Faktoren wie Unterbesetzung (42%), Belastungslevel (39%), Schreibarbeit (32%), einem hohen Anteil an Verwaltungsarbeit (32%) und schlechtem Management (31%) (the Economist).

 

Das Projekt Take Care soll das Kompetenzlevel dieser Berufsgruppen steigern, unter Beachtung dieser Risikogruppe, indem ein neues Berufsbild entwickelt wird, das mit innovativen Fähigkeiten ausgestattet ist, um den Kernproblemen, die diesen Sektor betreffen, wie Unterbesetzung, hohe Stressfaktoren und hohe Unfallraten, zu begegnen.

 

Take Care soll innovative Trainingsmaterialien in den folgenden 3 ausgewählten Bereichen entwickeln: Management, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, Soft Skills. Diese 3 Thematiken entsprechen den Kernproblemen, die die Angestellten genannt haben. Die innovativen Lernmodule werden ICT basiert sein, ein e-Handbuch, das innovative Managementinstrumente beschreibt, wird zum Download in allen Partnersprachen zur Verfügung stehen; Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen, Soft Skill Training, das an die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe angepasst ist, wird als online Training verfügbar sein.

 

Von 2010 bis 2012 wurde die Entwicklung des LdV Innovationsprojektes PROOF durchgeführt, um ein neues Berufsprofil für Betriebsleiter des Bausektors zu entwerfen. PROOF entwickelte einen sehr erfolgreichen generischen Ansatz, innovative Trainingsmodule mit den entsprechenden Marktbedürfnissen zu verbinden. Diese Trainingsmodule sollen an den Pflegesektor angepasst und übertragen werden. Die entwickelten Lernmodule Gesundheit und Sicherheit betreffend, sollen an EQF angepasst werden, besonders im Gesundheitssektor hat berufliche Mobilität einen großen Einfluss.

 

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Mobilität der Lerner und des Fachpersonals des Zielsektors zu verbessern (ECVET). Alle Projektpartner sollen ein Netzwerk entwerfen, das nationale Institutionen enthält, kompetenzorientierte Ansätze sollen erlauben, eine gemeinsame Wahrnehmung des Trainings und der Qualifikationen zu entwickeln. Das Projektkonsortium besteht aus 7 Partnern aus 7 EU Ländern, die die Interessen der Hauptakteure der Arbeit, des Trainings und der sozialen Kompetenzen repräsentieren.

 

Das Projekt Take Care betrifft alle Bürger, allen voran die Zielgruppe Beschäftigte des Gesundheitssektors, aber auch alle Menschen, die einen Pflegedienst brauchen oder brauchen werden. 

 

 

Statistics shows that the need for qualified nurses will increase crucially in the next years. Nursing will be one of the biggest offer for employment. On the other hand studies shows the difficulties nurses are actually confronted with. Most healthcare professionals in developed countries blame their malaise not on a shortage of the latest technology, or insuficient training, or poor work environments, but on factors such as understafing (42%), stress levels (39%), paperwork (32%), high levels of administrative work (32%), and poor management (31%). The project Take Care will raise the competence level of these professional groups, considering them as group at risk, du to  continually stress they are confronted at, by developping a new professional figure endowed with innovative skills to face the main difficulties affecting this sector,as understaffing, high stress factors and high accident rates.

 

Take care will develop innovative training material in the three selected fields: Management, Health and Safety, soft skills. These three thematics are correponding to the main difficulties explained by the professionals. The innovative learning modules will be ICT based, an e-handbook describing innovative management tools will be downloadable in all partner languages; health and safety regulations, soft skills training adapted to the needs of the target group will be available as online training.

 

From 2010 to 2012 the LdV development of innovation project PROOF was carried out to realize a new professional profile for site managers of the construction sector. PROOF developed a very successful generic approach for linking innovative training modules according to the market needs. These training modules will be adapted and transfered to the heath care sector. The developped learning modules concerning health and safety will be adapted to EQF, especially in the health sector, professional mobility, has an real impact. The project aims to enhance mobility of the learners and the professionnels (ECVET) of the target sector.

All project partners will create a network with national institutions, competence oriented approach will allow develop mutual recognition of training and qualifications.

The project consortium consists of 7 partners from 7 EU countries, representing the interests of the main stakeholders of employment, training and social competencies.

 

The project Take Care concerns all citizen, firstable the target group, professionals of the health sector, but also all people who need or will need for care service.
