Ready - Steady - Internship (2013-1-FR1-LEO05-48139)

Within the project “Ready – Steady - Internship” an universal applicable online tool should be provided, as well as materials to support internships as a practical part of the academic vocational training in the countries France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Poland concerning preparation, implementation and evaluation for trainees, trainers and assistance/consultation staff, but also for supporting internship companies. Thereby the frame conditions and educational systems of the partner countries should be respected and – at the same time – companies, which have relevant internship offers, should be presented to advance and support the cooperation between vocational schools (theory) and the working environment (practice in companies) within a network. With this practical, real and necessary work process, as well as requirements on the part of companies and so of the job market should be represented and integrated in the vocational training.
